Well the reason people do pay 1HC is because Habbox tend to set them at that price anyway. We'd have none if this if there were rare values anyway.

Habbox dont set the value to 1.0 till we see the majority selling for 1.0.

We only report values we see them traded for - I wish people would shut up about fixed values - IT DOESN'T EXSIST.
