Contact them the week after, and say something like "I'm terribly sorry, but I haven't seemed to recieve any correspondence about my prize." .

I asked Habbo for Habbo Credits equivalent of the 50Pound UKASH voucher I won but they said We are looking into other options. 1 Month later and still nothing
