lvl50 spiders in stronghold security (lvl 3) are good if you want to afk, I just leave it for 20mins then come back and make them auto attack again, or do the random.

edit; oh and wear drag/rune w.e then guthans for healing then you dont have to bank in like 2 months

2 months? :S dont think so.. guthans breaks after about 15 hours of straight combat i think :S
