their 2 hour bans are 2 hour IP bans. and if i recall, helkat said cloning is permitted if you're not causing a disturbance.

They have no proof that it was your account. What if it was your brother or sisters who have the same IP?

What most call an 'IP Ban' is pretty much always an shockwave ID ban. Brothers/Sisters won't be on the same shockwave ID as you. Even if it is a literal IP ban they'd still register the shockwave ID.
