speak for yourself haha.
8 glasses is a really poor estimate isn't it. You can get glasses which are like 1/4 to yard glasses, can you imagine drinking 8 yard glasses of water a day..?
You french fried when you should have pizza'd. If you french fry when you should pizza, you're gonna have a bad time....
GREAT BANTER
actually the amount of water you need a day depends on your age and how active you are. for example a 15 year old who is active needs 5-6 cups of water a day.
Don't worry about the amount you need to drink as specified by the others (not saying ignore, they are actually right), if you can't drink 8 pints, don't, just drink as much as you can and you'll be fine. Also, if you need a drink, don't instantly go for the fizzy drinks, has a glass of water(I find that if you take a drink to bed with you, if its water, you'll drink more water without even noticing, and if you say you cant get into drinking water at night when your asleep, just wait and you'll eventually get into the habit
)
you don't really have to drink 8 glasses of water a day. that's just a really old saying.
most of the water we need is already obtained in the food we eat. thus, just 4 - 6 glasses a day should do you fine.
You obiously have no idea of what you're talking about.
No, it's really not fine to drink purely fizzy drinks instead of water. They don't quench your thirst, due to the high levels of sugar and adidtives..
2 litres has always been the recommended amount for adults, but I don't know how old you are.
