Okay, well if you find no luck with calling them. Then when you go to bed unplug your modem completely, then when you wake up plug it back in and go and try and log into habbo, apparently this changes your ip address. I hope this helps.- If you have any problems PM me.

Woohoo Prank calls here we come [Joke] I was banned for 'Hacking accounts' , I emailed 100's of times over 7 MONTHS! to Becs, and Habbo Office's, They stoped replying in the end, then i sent one VIA the help tool as a Parent, then a few days later, they emailed me saying, the problem has been resolved, you can now use your account , I mean, I ****ing ******ed Deff n Dumb Chimp could do better than the office staff

Their useless at replying to e-mails. I don't see why they even give you the option to contact then, it's not like they even read them. Someone probably sits their all day deleting them.

No they just leave all the emails to an auto responder, I got permed on an account and emailed them saying i was permed etc etc... and a few days later i get a reply saying you were probably banned for two hours, WTH IT SAID PERM BAN, Looks like they dont care anymore -.-*
