    If they haven't done anything wrong then America does not have the right to kidnap them.
    Kidnapping sounds like a crime to me. IF they kidnap British citizens on British soil, then surely we have the right to imprison them. They shouldn't have the right to kidnap them, as two wrongs don't make a right.

    Ah but some countries (such as france) have a commitment to arrest suspected war criminals (no matter where they were taken place) if they arrive on their soil.
