Kidnapping sounds like a crime to me. IF they kidnap British citizens on British soil, then surely we have the right to imprison them. They shouldn't have the right to kidnap them, as two wrongs don't make a right.

Ah but some countries (such as france) have a commitment to arrest suspected war criminals (no matter where they were taken place) if they arrive on their soil.Nah because they didn't commit those crimes (if you will classify them as such) on British soil. This law only applies to those who were criminals in America, and has always been a law pretty much. We do it too, I don't get what the big fuss is about. Extradition is a good thing :S
