    Staff can use MSN, they'd just be strictly forbidden to add anyone players of Habbo. You can hardly expect staff to forgo a popular IM program like MSN.

    They do use msn, This is what it said:
    Staff don't use lots of IMs. If someone gets an AIM address it's usually because they've guessed it - although most staff (like me!) also only accept contacts from people already on their list and are set to private

    It's just the way you said it made it seem that they are not allowed ever to go on an IM. When in reality we know they do.

    I disagree, we could probably guess a few people who have or had Callie on their MSN/AIM's, i certainly know one or two.
