    Slight hijack of thread I know, but in your opinion, would you reccomend this sort of method of uploading? I've often thought about whether it's better to upload attachments as a BLOB via SQL, or just upload it to the filesystem, but never actually done a lot of research into it...

    TehUpload uses/used a MySQL file system that uploads to a BLOB.
