Darth Mauls pretty hard, I've made one in the past. Good attempt but is quite wrong really. The colours aren't contrasting enough, the tatoos like more like blocks of colour instead of lines (there should only really be blocks of colour around his eyes, mouth, around the horns and up the side of his face). Also, his robes look a bit wrong (they look the wrong typa shape and the hood looks dodgy). The saber should have a white line in the middle as well, and glow/fade from red. Nice try though.
