The only downside is that x10 only give 300mb for non ad accounts (That's really good if you think about it but yet I still need more

)

I know it says 2GB space on zymic but how much space do you get without any ads at all?

There arent any ads on Zymic hosting. Plus you can apply for a free .com domain x]

Also does anyone know what sites you a restricted from hosting on there? The T&C is too long and full of technical rubbish

Are there any crappy restrictions on activity or whatever? My paid hosting runs out in January, this might be a viable option to move to once that occurs...
