How is the content the same as yours? Boxes, you didn't create at all. You aren't the first one to outline in white. Fotter/header, yes I did sort of copy you.

Of course, I knew some people were going to think "OMGz, he ripped!11!11"
Yet, I didn't. All I did the same from Simons layout was the striped, the banner effect and using the outlines on boxes. (Which he didn't even do first, so why dont you go in his thread and complain to him that he ripped that from someone else).

If YOU use this layout or if you sell it to someone I will contact their/your host and stop them/you from using it. As I think any host/lawyer will be able to see how its been blatantly copied.
