Best thing to do is load up the new posts page then open the threads you find interesting in a new tab/window. Once you have read all the ones you like, you can refresh the new posts page and repeat the process. Unless you are a super fast reader, by then the 15 second wait is up . Theres always the alternative of using the forums instead of searching.

Or you could use the back button (Well I think that works aswell as the page should be cached)

It does, untill its a search, it would have to re-submit the post data, depending on your browser that usually asks you, but that would also restart the flood control.
