    Not really suprsing, netscapes been dead pretty much as long as AOL's learned it. Netscape used to be quite a nice little browser to AOL scrapped the browser and hacked together a combinatoin of IE and firefox (Basicly it was firefox + ie tab with a more bloated interface)
    Since it offered nothing useful, not even having its own rendering engine after that point it was kinda pointless to use in my opionion "/
    Aol as a great history of destroying any products it buys out, winamp as another well known example.

    The thread would of been more appreciated in the Technology section probably, but I guess this is good news as Firefox gets more popular, woo.

    Shame as it was 'The worlds first web browser' but Microsoft always spoil competition, someone will get round it one day (Google..)
