Sad around Holiday/New Years

Im just like great another new year.
nothing much changes.

You still have to go to work
theres still poverty in the world
theres still war
whats the deal in celebrating

This is quite a common thing in the world, its know as Seasonal Affective Disorder, its simply you perceiving external factors (i.e. Winter is different from the other seasons because Winter is only the real season which dramatically changes your environment (this also applies during the summer at times), these factors influence you in a negative way.

I think of it was 2008 being a fresh start, whatever happend in 2007 is gone and the bad things I'll try to put behind me and I will always keep the amazing memories from them.

Everyone has to grow up, Just take it as it comes x

Honestly I don't see why you get so worked up with New Year, I personally couldn't give a **** about it. All that build up for... nothing? I'm rather looking forward to becoming an adult anyway

yh I've always got depressive around xmas nd new years since i was a little girl. But that's just because my home life nothing to do with getting older lol.

when someone dies it makes u realise, like it makes me feel im entering the new year without her. Its weird

but i just personally try and see it as a day. not as a new year.
