    Ahh. That's a good point I didn't think of that. +REP

I think that one cred would be TOO cheap and people wouldn't buy as many because many habbos are greedy and just want more, more and more. I think if it was set around 10 credits or so, then it would push people to buy credits as well as setting it at a reasonable starting price (1 hc according to habbox)

If Pink Marquee's where released for 5 Credits each i'd actually purchase credits so I could buy them, I don't see the point in 25 Credit rares much more as their sales are falling and they are out of fashion with the public. I like Pura because you can buy loads for cheap.

1 credit rare, but you can only buy one of them per IP? It sounds good to be honest. It'd provoke trading.

I don't really get the point of the thread really, do you actually know the sales of the current rares, how much they make and whether or not it's worth it? If you do, then correct me wrong but if Habbo are already making masses of profit from releasing rares for 25 credits, what's the point in releasing them for less? It just means double, triple or quadruple the amount of people would have to be bought until the money is made up.
You said, "this year we could of had a Pink Marquee as 1 Credit", hypothetically speaking, if 5,000 units were sold usually. It means 25,000 would have to be sold. The chances people are going to buy 25 instead of 1 are very slim. Who needs 25 marquees?
People buy on the usefulness, practicality and general niceties of the furni. The reason Marquee's don't sell is because they're so ugly and no one likes them and they hardly match much.

I'd say about 10 credits - 15 credits should be fine.

Rares at the prize they are now is ok. But for items of furniture you can get at anytime then maybe. You could design a room quicker, which means more sales because after a while people think "This is costing too much" and give up with a half finished room.

i dont understand all the people saying 'now habbo exchange is out not as many people buy credits.'

the credits have to be bought in the first place to get as exchange items. :S

We know Sulake are selling less rares nowadays because hardly any are around of the most recent ones, compare how many Red Silk Pillows were around to let's say the Jade Dragon Lamp. To combat this decline Sulake could lower some rares/do special deals on rares. It would certainly make me buy credits. I don't like paying 25 Credits for a item which is left out in the catalogue for 1 week.

They've did that in the past. I remember back in 2003 or 2002 they had ice for like 2 credits and every room of mine was filled up with ice. I never saw that again though, I think the lowered the price of a lot of stuff...
