    Yup, I don't have, or want a car yet either, only because I don't need one, I can walk everywhere I need to go and I don't need petrol

    Of course when the time comes i'll buy a car and i'm sure that wont be cheap either

    As soon as you're 17 you can send off for the provisional licence, then when you have that you can start learning to drive

    I'm pretty sure you can't

    You of course need to pass the theory test too before you can get your full licence, you could buy a book on that to splash the cash!

    lol@the thought of having a new civic, insurance would be about 5 grand as well as the car probs costing more than that

    you need an older car lets say 1999-2004

    a 1.4 litre engine is the max you should be looking at i'd say
