i buy them with lycos and within 20 mins they add it to your website but can not use it for atleast 8 - 24 hours.

or for free you cna ust sign up an user account dont buy anything and a week later you get a voucher to spend

1. buy domain
2. buy hosting
3. open hosting email. look for name severs they will be somthing like
dns1.hoster.com
dns2.hoster.com
4. go on to your domains control panel.
5. select chnage name servers
6. input the name servers you were given in to the provided spaces
7. click update - it will probly say your dns serves will take 24 - 48 hours to update. wait and your done

and if u have a reseller u have to go into your reseller admin and add the domain
