Lol anyway back to the layout its like 2 bands of colour. A title that looks like it was made in 2 seconds and the navigation is yuk.
Im not sure why the main content text is an image - it looks blurred.

If this is your best design yet then I'm sorry but maybe this just isn't your thing. Your design is very boring definitely needs either some elaborate features, a different colour scheme or just to start again.
If you wish to pursue this work then you must scrap this idea and come straight back with something elaborate and unusual that will wow everyone. Right now it's not looking good
