i use them, although i wash my face with warm/hot water & dry it before i use the pads, as washing in warm water opens the pores, and when you use the pads its easier for it to clean your face

The perfect solution is a trip to the Doctors. When I went they gave me this cream called Fluidin or something like that. Basically you rubbed it into your face with your finger tips and it drys up the spots and they you can pull them off. Works for scars and things like that too. As I had a big lump where a football stud went into my top and caused a big spot to appear. So I put some on and the next day it fell off

sometimes it's just hormones, so no amount of spot products will actually help. of course, keeping a clean face, having a good diet and drinking water will help your skin look healthy.

Maybe you should try something else? You could aways go to your GP if you have acne. Your GP could give u a cream for it.

Sound like a very sensible suggestion. If you have sensitive skin you can get advice. Good luck
