    Some shops did and some shops didnt let you. For example im 16 now and can buy cigs from some shops but not from others even though im not ment to.

    Need a domain but dont have paypal... not to worry. You can purchase a domain via text or home phone at XeoDomains.mobi.

    There's no age restrictions on lighters, as they're uselesss without the fluid.

    18 to be able to purchase the fluid.
