Well, in all fairness, its awful. Its hardly an alt, its just a few presents stacked/pasted into a certain position, involves close to nothing skill and you havn't even positioned them perfectly. Nice idea, but in my eyes, its not really an alt. Sorry.

In honesty. No it is not the first ever. People even do it on habbo. Take a prezzie image from say, Habborator. then paste it. Wow. Hard.
