Well being good at graphics has notting to do with leading the team. From my experience its very hard to lead that department but I am very sure he would take it to a good end.. I'm sure Mit will do a great job from leading the team as he will be respected by his staff members and will understand how things are run after being in the department so long himself.

but if you beleive you can be a good leader, let alone a good graphics manager with out being able to pull out one slightly good peice of work then meh.
