It's a custom bb code, they don't modify any files at all.
It's a built in VB feature.

To be honest if it shown on prime time TV it can be shown on a forum like this. They will just have to add a new rule. And it's youtube, anything that is really sexual gets flagged and you have to confirm your birthday or it is removed.
