RCT 3 is hilarious!
You can make a bowling alley. Simply make a straight path. Then make a rollercoaster and leave it unfinished, aiming the end of the track at the path. Test it and watch the car fly off the track and bowl over many people.
Or just use the cheat to give yourself a park jeep and drive around mowing over idiot guests.
