i have before but they say "do you have solid proof?" and we cant have solid proof.

i was friends with this guy and he said something racist. i reported it and all of a sudden he was a total **** to me. giving me -reps and everything.

so, you know. its kind of obvious than someone has told them.

a moderator was racist towards me on msn and i reported it, they asked for proof and i gave them it and they said it could have easily been edited! i was rather shocked actually. & it's probably 'cause he was rather popular on the forum, so y'know.

oh and btw,
i sent it to this jimi guy, i didn't receive a reply, and i asked him to check it. :| and i sent it to elkaa i think [was told to] and nothing was done bout it.

I do find that the msn rule is somewhat inflexible. Why would you bother complaining about it if you had made it up? Very few people would do this out of spite. I do think that MSN logs should be considered.

The person complained about always has the right to present their side of the story. I am sure a sensible person would know what was faked and what wasn't. Also if it was known that perhaps MSN logs could be taken into consideration then less people would think they can be offensive on it without any come back. I have been abused via MSN myself and its not nice.

MSN Logs are never considered as we aren't responisble for staff out of the site. MSN is someones personal thing, so it's up to them what they say.

i ONCE pmed you telling you that 'dog and bone' meant phone. i was telling you what it means seeing as you didnt realise how obvious it was

I'm not suprised that MODS tell people. On MSN a lot of mods wouldn't care as they can't get in trouble and they just secretely tell their friend who reported them and they probably laugh at the reporter.
I think a few people told me who reported me lol!
