i would say it'd be better for the passengers best interests if she were on a leash than if she didn't have it on if she is "abit animal like". she might get abit crazy, bite someone and then they'd probably get rabies s:

Meh, if the bus driver thought it would be a risk they could have just requested they take it off for the journey which is fair doos, though denying them the right to use a public service is overstepping his bounds. Especially as if the article suggest the reason is primarily to do with his own social prejudice.

I don't know why people do certain things... but most of them arn't as weird as this. If I was a bus driver I wouldn't let them on. Not because of the clothes because of the lead. I don't mind goths etc, yet if I seen a couple joined by a lead it would be abit strange.
Would you say the same to someone wearing a cross? a turban? a Burqa?Bondage much?

All these things are just personal choices, a way to express certain things. Just because you think its "weird" doesnt give you the right to discriminate or force your own values on others. As the phrase goes, its a free country.
