They didn't give a **** about what your app said.. You could of put "I think habbo is crap" and if it was under 50 words, subject was right and you had no bans etc, they would put you through.

Exactly, it was to get rid of lots of applicants who can't follow simple instructions, it's the basics of narrowing the hundreds or thousands down.

This is the stage where your application needs to actually say something decent.

Funny thing is... mine was over 50 words... when I checked it and sent it, it was only like 48. :S I rechecked and it's over 50...
