    The thing is, if they didn't make it compulsary, all the noobs wouldn't even know it was there, a lot like the new accessories. And because they are usually the people who get hacked/scammed, it would have to be made compulsary.

    And scammers can reset them aswell

    they should do that you can say how many diffrent ips/computer can log in your : for exempel your parents living in diffrent houses thy have 2 ip then you need to say 2 ips can logg in usw

    that would be a problem for users who have ips that change regularly
