That won't happen every time though + Emails go to Habbo, it's different on CT. Which is why CT is like an improved Habbo. Everything we wanted to see on Habbo is now on CT I hope they have cool badges or w.e to win.

also remember CT is aimed for the more older audience where habbo is chilidish and will get alot of reports from youngsters like omg sum1 stole my stool then will email back saying dw i found it behind my sofa or something. and to be fair CT cant have many msgs because you cant exactly ssay alot apart from anything glitched etc. or reset password?
