The way you're trying to learn is the most difficult, it may be faster but it can also make you like everybody else. What you'll find with most people on here they learnt from experience and patience. I started learning to code about 7 years ago, then designing came a year after. I gradually built up my skills in both areas over the years by trying something, failing something so trying it again. That way you know where you went wrong, why you went wrong and how to fix it. Meaning it a lot less likely to happen again. You can't learn things like design, sure you can get "tips" however no website will tell you how to design a masterpiece. If this was so everyone in the world would be very rich.
