I tried calling her - no reply,
sent texts - her friends replied telling me to **** off and move on,
went to her house, her mum talked to me but my ex had gone to her friends apparently...

even worse... she then went out with this guy less than a day later, she had sex with him while we were still going out
(apparently, though she denies it still... 5 of her friends have told me though, and not in like... a taunting way so i belive it to be true.)

Yeah... it goes on but i cba to explain... so anyway... what you'll need to do is concentrate on all the bad times you had together... and try your hardest not to see her or contact her... seeing her will hurt like ... ALOT... so yeah... try not to... for me 5months on and two girlfriends later, when i see my ex... still very painful. you just have to move on... maybe she'll come back... but you can't belive that, just try your hardest to hate and forget.

And trust me... you need to hate her, like... seriously.. if you don't you'll end up like me and my friends... we're all too nice and caring and it kills us.
