Well it's a clean, cool blue design, good for some beginners out there.

I dislike it for the following reason.
My broswer:
If you want to make a layout then you should make it a maximum of 900px otherwise you will start to get resolution problems which is annoying for certain people like me. The layout also needs some different colours as it feels to blue as it is the only colour used apart from the white.
