It is a glitch involving the underscore, search mc_stickie or _tee_ both display no rooms owned by themselves.

It's not a glitch. They are saying it's a glitch because when they changed it so that the _ is a wildcard or w/e and they changed the whole console thing, they didn't realize that they screwed up searching for underscored rooms. They just don't want to admit that they didn't check twice.
