And the term "free" is a term used where you do not pay for it (pay as in cash, yew know money?)

and i stated ftp/cpanel access, mainly because i will be the owner of the forum and will be in charge of adding modifications and the forum to the website, and not wait a day or possibly weeks for the owner to accept the files i give them to upload, and or has no idea what to do. so you got owned, also gain some expierenced

Secondly, i have to upload the vbulletin files onto the website for you to have a forum, and all modifications needed for the forum, are you stupid?

would be no forums or websites without someone uploading them to the webhosts.
