Thats your opinion, when you start owning the server, and paying for the bandwith this will generate, you can change the upload limit.

One upload site was advertised here yesterday with a limit of 23Mb per file

Yuck. All I can say is yuck. It looks horrible, the drop shadow looks awful, the font is stupid at that size, THE LACK OF COLOUR (seriously, get some colour in there) the buttons just look wrong. To be quite honest the only good thing about that is the logo.

I love the design (especially the drop shadow...). Only thing I'm not sure about is the button's font.

I like it Greg, just a couple suggestions:

Make the drop shadows 135 degrees, not whatever it is? I find 135 to look better. Lastly, like some have said change the font on the buttons.
