I think the bullying is mainly directed from Xeow towards myself - he's constantly PMing me with threats and basically blackmailing me.

Well even more reason to get independent help from a SMod Jamie - otherwise it could be seen as you targetting him

Surely a thread making personal insults and threats to anyone on the board should be closed immediately, regardless if the moderator has rights in the forum? What was the surprise? If it was legit then it should be re-opened.

Threads aimed negatively towards any user are breaking the rules and result in immediate closure.

Well on the face of it Gomme it was more of a provoking thing than a personal insult - it is obviously a personal thing between the two of them so getting somebody else in to sort it would have been a much better option IMHO and would have confirmed that the user was actually targetting Jamie. Also I do not understand why the contents of the post/thread have been 'removed' as this is not done unless it is pretty inappropriate or bad swearing. Perhaps we could be enlightened on this as again it could be seen to have been done to 'shield' something that could be seen as not being right.

Staff members are nothing special, but besides that - if the thread actually said something and not just 'pm me for a surprise' then i'd agree with you. You might 'know' that the surprise has something that is directed at you but theres no proof in the actual thread.

So I'm supposed to allow people to PM him and him to tell them loads of lies about people am I? Accusing someone of being a scammer is also a rule on the forum, I was preventing that from happening too.
