The hireing, and fireing staff doesn't need to be discussed with the Forum. Super Moderators are hired from the Moderators that preform well and do well week in, week out. There is no favouritism in it - The moderation team is fine and is working fine.

Favouritism...

I am a big believer in 2 or 3 active mods per forum and then 2 or 3 supers, a couple of admin and then 1 or 2 AGM's and a GM. Having to many supers and not enough normal mods keeping their eye on selected forums is a way of missing alot of things.

I will say that favourtism (SP?) follows the rules and works really hard in all the jobs he does and I am suprised it has taken so long for him to be recognised for his efforts. He deserved at least one assisstant managers job but his lack of time in the job went against him but the person who was hired does nothing from what I can see.

Well done if its true not seen it announced.

The whole point of this section is for 'feedback' where we can give are feedback on the forum so what I'm doing is giving feedback on the moderators.
I think alot of people will agree with me that the management team needs sorting out.
I know super moderators come and go but why fire 2 great super moderators?

Self praise is no recommendation you know Elkaa and really anybody not willing to to even listen to the members and talking to them in such a superior tone should not be surprised when members get upset.
I am pretty disappointed in you and another person who has recently been promoted. Both Mat and Yoshi contributed more to the forum and were excellent ambassadors for Habbox Forum, than you have to date and both have been thrown on the scrap heap without any recognition of this while the some of Habbox Management act like members of the polit bureau.

The thing about todays GM's is that they have so spark to them, they're not fun is anyway and it's kind of dull. They don't introduce much excitement and make their job seem harder than it is. I strongly advise they find some new admins. People like Adzeh should be the GM, he is fun and lively and good to laugh with - Well from what i've seen in the News Reporter section .
