It doesn't matter if it isn't regular episode length, it is still regarded as the first episode of the sixth series.

Yeah, they aren't actual films, just extended episodes that are granted individual releases. There is Blue Harvest and there is Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. It's called Blue Harvest because that was the title of Return Of The Jedi when they were shooting as they wanted it to be a secret that there was a new Star Wars film in the works.
