    Sue-lar-key is how I do it, but I think some of the English staff pronounce it Sue-Lake.

    Although i know its soo-lah-key. I've just never had to say it out loud for someone to correct me, haha.

    I suppose it depends if you're a southerner/northerner as well.

    I'm guessing northern people don't pronoun the 'R' sound, so: su-lack-ey
