On topic: You shoud still eat cereal for breakfast. If you will ever have a snack have a bit of fruit. Don't eat junk and don't eat too much red meat, e.g steak, ham burgers....![]()
What everyone has already said will help...
No need to diet though just cut down on junk food, excercise more...
dont make your calorie intake below 1,000.
exercise when you can.
cut out junk.
snack on fruits and salad if you get peckish. or very low in calorie/fat/salt snacks.
and dont overdo it.
dont starve yourself.
dont exercise until you almost pass out.
weight loss should be gradual, not sudden.
so, take it easy.
