This happens to me sometimes if im lying down for a long time. It feels weird. I think its becuz your blood rushes down your body and you have no blood in your brain, until you get up where it comes back again. Sometimes if i play games for too long (vitural game slike my xbox 360) things go white for a min.

Mhm that's right. It's probably nothing to worry about mate although if anything else happens or you feel it's more severe than we are describing then I recommend you get yourself seen to !

I suggest you see a doctor about that one.

I think if your lieing in your bath. The blood rushes to the feet.
Now when you get back up. Your brain need's the blood for your eyes to work.
So that blackness is proberly is the heart pumping blood back to your brain.
As it is aware it has not enough blood.

It's normal though. I lie in the bath for 40 minutes and get out all dizzy ect..

You don't need to see a doctor. Trader's answer is pretty much right. If you've been laid down or sitting down for a long time, and you get up suddenly, you can get headrush and black out for a while. There's no permenant damage..

it was probably because of the quick change of heat (you were getting out of the bath which im guessing was hotter than room temperature) my sister had a really hot bath before and when she got out she fainted.
