Nothing in your body matches perfectly. Breasts, ribs, testicles, nostrils and feet can be different sizes to each other, your eyes and ears are slightly higher/lower than the other eye/ear. And I get the heart thing to, but its in my chest and a little in the top of my stomach not in the bottom of mine

well so's mine actually.

i was in the bath and i saw my left side of chest just a tiner higher than right...

When I suck my belly in it looks like I have 3 missing ribs in the left side.. I went to the doctor and nothings wrong, except it looks weird.

its like that for me but the other way around, and its a very big difference, and i've got an extra bone like a bullet but wider which sticks out in the middle of my chest between my nipples by over an inch..
