As REDNECK said if you keep having these headrush quiet often it can be bad and needs a doctor to exam the situation, funny enough i was talking about this with my family a couple of weeks back

I do get headrush but dont black out or anything i normally get it when i go near a hot radiator too just after getting up and sometimes blinds me lol

I once fell over in drama and blacked out when i woke up on was still there (in the corner) and it was around 3pm and i had 13 missed calls off my mates cause they thought id gone home
