It'll be upper management. If hackers sent that out (which there are no hackers anyway), then they're proving themselves to be idiots considering they had the passwords infront of them.

Also, to clear up, there was no malicious hacker. Davetaylor was showing mad an exploit which he failed to deal with, so Davetaylor shown how easy it was. Nothing to worry about
