They are already strong, why do you want them to be worst?

People will always re-register when they're banned, if they're the annoying ones that have done something wrong but won't learn. What really need to happen is to take away some privileges which will develop a better chance of them keeping to one account and hopefully learn so they can get what privileges back which they lost, when they act good.

Lol, so treat them like small children.
Like telling them, "Good job, you can have a cookie."

If they're going to act like children, treat the like children. Not diseases that need to be gotten rid of, that's only when they turn malicious.

Plenty of good web designers/devlopers get banned becuse of idiotic noobs who cant take some critisism of the crap there producing.
I'm definalty not a fan of making the "rude" rules harsher. The good designers will listen to critisims how ever harsh and improve on whats picked out. These are the ones worth keeping. The ones who go crying off when someone points out there producing rubbish and refuses to learn from the mistakes and improve, may as well not be here to start with...

Hmm Plux/theJOSH whatever his name is "Go test some divs and find out" isn't exactly constructive nor harsh nor containing any input type criticism. I'm talking about them.
How could this hapen to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee?lol.
