First of all, Lost _witness has confirmed there's going to be a new version this week. Version's tend to come early on in the week. There's always a new version each month, Habbo UK hasn't had one yet this month. It always goes down about 6:15am when they're installing a new version.

It doesn't mean V21 by any chance does it? Clearly it does with out a doubt, it should re-open sometime this afternoon.

Yeah it's obviously V21 if it went down at 5AM. Anytime that early, when we've had prior warning is a new version on some sort.
