Not that long Alex - it was in force when I was a Smod and quite a while after that. I would say about 9 months ago?

Well if you don't play by Jagex's rules, then take down the RuneScape forums for god sakes. You and other forums like Sythe.org are encouraging illegal crap like this.

You have to be careful with using the word illegal. Just because Runescape doesn't want people to trade their items for money, it doesn't mean it is against the law. We are not obliged by law to follow the rules that Runescape makes for their users. All it means is that Runescape can ban users that break their rules.
In other words, it's illegal by Runescape, not illegal by law.

The reason we don't allow members to trade Runescape accounts is not because it is against their rules, but because it's very easy to get scammed as the original owner can try to get their account back later. In general we don't forbid things on this forum just because Runescape doesn't want their members to do it. We only forbid things when they can only be abused by scammers.

Yes sorry I mistook this for the other thread. I agree there is nothing illegal about Runescape and actually meant the activities that were illegal although I do think it would be good to support Jagex again as we used to. I should have explained myself better in the post.

This is not a official habbo forum why should we have to follow habbo's laws and not jagex's.

Because we are a habbo fansite, just because we are not official doesn't mean we should not follow it.

Tiked, you hit the nail on the head. Habbox, as the name suggests, is a Habbo fansite not a Runescape one and therefore we shouldn't have to follow Jagex's rules. If nobody scammed when Trading runescape accounts then it would most likely be allowed but people do scam and Habbox will obviously try to prevent that.
The other day I was in a toilet.
A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."
