Well if I said my Dad works in a laser cutting company (which he doesn't) then you can go around all the laser cutting companies in Leicester looking for somebody that has a son called Aiden

I'm not saying your parents can be tracked down, I'm saying others could be if they had a specific job and from that they could easily piece a few things together from other posts on this forum getting a whole lot of personal information from you.

Village/Town, Age, Name, Parents jobs/ DOB...

Then they can use that, search on social networking sites and find tons more of information about you, I know someone that has her road name posted on a social network site -.-

But yeah, hence why I don't give out personal information
