    I agree with Concentric. Just because you get bad rep shouldn't really effect you, nobody really cares if you're on a distinguished road or will be famous soon enough. I say we should just get rid of rep completely, it will stop people feeling better/worse then other people. I find it pointless anyway....

    People leave bad rep for stupid reasons that have nothing to do with your post. E.G. I got bad rep for being an Everton fan twice in the space of a day. How sad can you get?

    The whole idea of a good rep - is to show your appreciation of something posted that you believe is good, a positive rep

    Why bother posting a negative rep? What does it prove?

    Perhaps the forum would be a nicer place if you could only post good reps
    It's the quality of your posts that count, not the quantity!
